• Wash your hand for 20 seconds before handling the mask
• Open the packaging pouch and remove the mask
• Place the side with nose upward. Place the ear loops on the ears
• Press the nose piece to fit with the bridge of the nose
• Adjust the mask and make sure it covers the bridge of the nose to the lower jaw in order to get the best possible protection
• Remove the mask if it gets wet and replace it with a new one
