Directions for use:

1. Detach a uni-dose ampoule.
2. Twist off detachable top.
3. Use the solution

Ingredients:

Sodium Chloride – 5.7g/L, Potassium Di-Hydrogen Phosphate – 6.8g/L

Warnings and disclaimers:

Do not mix with other eye medicaments except on medical advice.
Do not mix with other fluids except as directed.
If user is allergic to any of the declared ingredients in the product, do not use.
Once opened, discard any unused solution immediately.
