Concentrated solution must be diluted before use. Do not swallow. Do not use if hypersensitive to iodine. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. If your sore throat persists for more than two days or if irritation, redness or swelling develops consult your doctor. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Always read the label. Use only as directed.

Adults and children 12 years and over: Using the measure provided, dilute 1mL of concentrated solution with 20mL of water and gargle for 30 seconds. Repeat every 3-4 hours as necessary.
