Directions For Use

Adults – Take 1 tablet daily after the main meal, for up to twelve weeks, or as professionally prescribed.

Children under 12 years – Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Zinc sulfate (zinc 49.5 mg ) 220 mg	Magnesium sulphate (magnesium 4.9 mg) 50 mg
Thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1) 5 mg	Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 5 mg

• Do not exceed the recommended dose. Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
