- Adults and Children over 12 years- Take 1 capsule a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Active ingredients per capsule: Bifidobacterium lactis Bl04 2 billion CFU, Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL60 6.75 billion CFU,Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL21 6.75 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium bifidum CUL20 225 million CFU, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp lactis CUL34 4.275 billion CFU (Total live good bacteria 20 billion CFU), Inulin (prebiotic) 100mg, Zinc citrate 5mg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 200mg. No added salt, gluten, wheat or milk derivatives. No added artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.
